The Challenge we had?
A user can find Alternative Medicines, Remedies, and get online consultations if they have health problems on Dawakosh.com. 'Alternative Medicines' were listed on the website in an extensive manner. There were sections for ailments, categories, brands, and types of medicines, making navigation very easy.Still to be addressed are the list of products, the ease of navigation, and the purchasing concept. Using the 'Consult Our Experts' section of the web portal, a buyer could consult an expert live by paying a fee.
The Resolution
After brainstorming the project requirements, the designers created a theme design that was clean enough to display the medicines and the required information while being easy to navigate.Registered buyers can save remedies in their accounts for future reference and administrators can post remedies and images in the 'Remedies' section of the website.
I was faced with a major challenge when creating the 'Consult our read more Experts' section. The client desired an area where the buyer would have to choose a category to begin a consultation. In order to begin, he would need to provide his information and submit a consultation fee. There is also an option for the admin to enroll consultants and specify their expertise. An expert will be assigned to the booked consultation and a meeting will be scheduled by the admin.
